We would love to be the accommodations in your memories. You'll find this lower floor of a home in a premier location, close to nearly all services and amenities, and centered between the revitalized Nob Hill neighborhood, with trendy restaurants, and the historic Chestnut-Barge neighborhood in the other direction and is home to Franklin Park. You'll feel like you are in a quiet sanctuary in this unit that is nestled along its own private driveway off of a dead-end street. Settle down for the night in queen bedroom that boasts a memory foam mattress, a dresser, two closets, and plenty of space to move around . Blackout curtains provide serenity. Create dynamic meals in the FULL kitchen that is stocked with basic spices, a microwave, a 2-slice toaster, a hand-held electric mixer, a 6qt crockpot, and a blender. Brew some coffee with the Keurig and get some digital work done in any one of the tabled spaces and free Wi-Fi. You'll enjoy the blue skies and fresh air while using the outdoor spaces, including two patios and a fully fenced back yard. Relax in the main living area with its plethora of windows, gorgeous views of sunsets and a smart 43” TV. Convenient amenities include a modern bathroom with lots of lighting, and a large walk-in shower. There is also a washer and dryer unit in a dedicated utility closet.

Please remember you are staying in a person's house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect, just as the previous guests have. If problems arise, I will do my best to take action ASAP, but please note that the property management team does not live on-site. For nonemergent issues, maintenance members will only be sent to the property after you depart. ↪ Stays longer than 29 nights include waived taxes and require a deposit. ↪ There is an external camera that records video and audio continuously, for protection. If you touch or tamper with the camera you will be asked to leave immediately. ↪ All guests staying, overnight, must be accounted for on the reservation. Unexpected guests will incur a charge of $100/night. ↪ Our insurance requires pre-approval for pets. Please account for them on your reservation and be advised there are pet fees. Unapproved pets will incur a $250/per pet penalty. ↪ During winter months, our roads are at the mercy of the snowplow teams. Chains or 4WD/AWD vehicles are STRONGLY RECOMMENDED. We will ensure that you have a snow shovel, and ice melt onsite, for driveway and walkway safety. ↪ We provide a start of supplies including toilet paper and paper towels. ↪ There are NO refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/acts of god/other things that are beyond our control. Travel Insurance is HIGHLY ENCOURAGED.
