You'll find The English Rose Cottage in a premier location, close to nearly all services and amenities, and centered between the revitalized Nob Hill neighborhood, with trendy restaurants, and the historic Chestnut-Barge neighborhood in the other direction and is home to Franklin Park. You'll feel like you are in a quiet sanctuary in this cottage that is nestled at the end of its own private driveway off of a dead-end street. Settle down for the night in the East facing queen bedroom that boasts a memory foam mattress, a dresser, a closet, and space under the bed for storage. Blackout curtains provide serenity or leave them open and watch the sunrise from bed. There is a full-sized futon bed in the living room, movable seating options. The cabinets store and extra set of linens and a cozy cotton blanket for comfort. Create dynamic meals in the FULL kitchen that is stocked with basic spices, a microwave, a 2-slice toaster, a hand-held electric mixer, a 6qt crockpot, and a blender. There is a countertop dishwasher for clean up! Brew some coffee with the Keurig (multiple serving sized options) and get some digital work done in the office area and free Wi-Fi. You'll enjoy the blue skies and fresh air while using the outdoor spaces, including two patios and a fully fenced back yard. Relax in the main living area with its plethora of windows, gorgeous views of sunsets and a smart 43” TV, or gather around the expandable dining table, play a game or work a puzzle. The home has and bowls and pet towels for our furry friends. Convenient amenities include a modern bathroom with lots of lighting, and a bathtub/shower configuration. There is also a combo washer and dryer unit in a dedicated utility closet.
